Yes. Due to the high value of ISSOIR pieces, a signature is required upon delivery.

Where are your garments made?
All pieces are exclusively made in an all-female atelier based in London, United Kingdom, reflecting our commitment to British heritage.
Who designs your pieces?
Each garment is designed by Founder, Isobel France, in the United Kingdom.
What are your garments made from?
All pieces are crafted from the finest crepe backed silk satin, sourced from an esteemed UK merchant.
How do I care for my silk ISSOIR pieces?
Silk is a beautiful fabric which, when cared for in the right way, retains its beautiful lustre. Please see our dedicated care page here.
Pre-order
What is Pre-order?
Pre-order allows you to place an order for your chosen pieces and have these made exclusively for you by the London based atelier.
The pre-order window will be open for a limited time frame, and once the order window has closed your piece will begin to be crafted. We estimate that your pieces will be available to ship to you 4 - 6 weeks after the order window has closed.
Can I give my own measurements?
It is only possible to place an order for your pre-order piece in our listed sizes. Please refer to the size guide to select your correct size.
Can I return a Pre-order piece?

Where is my pre-order piece made?
Each pre-order piece will be crafted at our all-female manufacturing partner based in London.
How long will it take for my piece to be made?
As each piece is made with incredible care and attention, we estimate 4- 6 weeks for your pre-order pieces to be made.
Will I be updated on the status of my order?
You will receive a confirmation that your order has been accepted. We will inform you of any updates as your order progresses, and will contact you via email or telephone as your order nears completion to arrange a suitable day for delivery to ensure that you are available to receive this.
Who makes my clothes?
An incredibly talented atelier of female seamstresses in London, whom are paid above a Living Wage for their skill.
Is there a supplement to create a Pre-order piece?
No, there are no supplements for a pre-order piece.
